Daniel Madden
Director of ETF Capital Markets
Dan Madden is director of ETF capital markets at Thornburg Investment Management, where he leads the firm’s ETF initiatives in collaboration with the investment team and external market participants.
Before joining Thornburg, Dan served as global head of ETF capital markets at Northern Trust, overseeing internal operations and coordinating closely with external trading partners. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in building and managing electronic ETF trading desks at firms such as Kellogg Capital Group, Knight Trading (now Virtu Financial), and RBC.
Dan earned a BS in business administration with a concentration in finance from Villanova University, and a master’s in finance from Northeastern University.
